SC2 World Championships: USA Nationals.
With the qualifiers for the USA Nationals finally at an end. We are proud to announce that Axslav, Insur, and Pyre have qualified for the tournament which will take place at this upcoming MLG!
The Starcraft 2 World Championships, hosted by Blizzard, sent out several invitations for the USA Nationals and cooperated with Playhem, Collegiate Starcraft League, and Beyond Gaming to host numerous qualifiers. Axslav was one of the few who received a special invitation to the tournament due to his participation in NASL season 3.
Our young up and coming protoss player, Insur, qualified for the USA Nationals in his first attempt in the 2nd Playhem Qualifiers, defeating Future and Siphonn on his way. Pyre, our sole terran, will be also representing Infinity Seven as well. He won the 9th Playhem Qualifier and beat NrG.Malice and Xenocider en-route to victory.
With Axslav, Insur, and Pyre representing Infinity Seven, they will be competing in the 64 man tournament against the best players in North America including Idra, Sheth, Qxc, and many more. They will have a chance to vie for a part of the $30,000 prize pool as well as an invitation to the North American Finals which will be held at MLG Raleigh!
