ESEA Weekly Recap.

Infinity Seven had a busy schedule the past two weeks and a tough one. Facing off against teams like Visionary Gaming, Area 51, Convergence gaming, LighT, and Clash, iS came up victorious every time, though often by the skin of their teeth.

Area 51
iS sent out Sanddbox, Pyre, Insur, and CrazyMovinG, against Area’s Acheileus, Raine, Wannabe, and Drunkenboi. The series ended up 2-2, with sanddbox and pyre both losing 1-2 to Acheileus and Raine, but CrazyMovinG and Insur both winning 2-0 over Wannabe and Drunkenboi. In the ace match, iS sent out CrazyMovinG while Area sent out Raine. In the end, CrazyMoving took the match 2-1, ending the series 3-2 in iS’s favor.

Visionary Gaming
iS sent out Pyre, Axslav, Insur, and tuxedomask, the manager. vG sent out Alkresh, Erosenin, JSic, and Esiex, vG’s manager. In a close series again, it ended up 2-2 with tuxedomask and Pyre falling to Esiex and Alkresh 1-2, but Axslav and Insur beating Erosenin and JSic2-0. For the ace, Insur faced off against Alkresh and won 2-0, securing another 3-2 win for iS.

LighT eSports
LighT beat iS twice in the playoffs. Now, in a new season, iS was looking for some revenge in this grudge match. They sent out CrazyMovinG, Insur, Sanddbox, and Axslav to face LighT’s Knight, Stalife, KawaiiRice, and Binski. In a great display, iS went 3-1, with CrazyMoviNG, Insur, and Axslav beating Knight, Stalife, and Binski, but with Sanddbox losing to KawaiiRice.

Team Clash
iS played CrazyMoviNG, Axslav, jEcho, and Sanddbox against Clash’s Edge, Panther, Imagine, and Mook. Axslav and jEcho both went 2-0 in their games against Panther and Imagine, giving iS a big advantage, which CrazyMoviNG followed by beating Edge 2-1. Sanddbox, however, went 1-2 against Mook. This gave iS another 3-1 victory.

Convergence Gaming
iS used Insur, Axslav, Sanddbox, and jEcho against CvG’s Puck, Yata, Proxima, and AlexCMoi. jEcho, Sanddbox, and Axslav beat AlexCMoi, Proxima, and Yata respectively, giving iS another 3-1 win despite Insur going 1-2 against Puck. After all these wins, iS remains undefeated in a series this season.
